Meet Henery! ❤️ Henery is a sweet, gentle 1-year-old boy who is still learning that the world can be a safe and wonderful place. He’s a very timid guy, but underneath that shy exterior is a loving pup who is slowly learning to trust the people around him. Henery feels much more confident when he has other dogs by his side. Having canine friends around helps him come out of his shell and gives him the reassurance he needs to navigate new situations. Because of this, a confident, friendly dog in his forever home would be a huge bonus for him. Henery will need a calm, patient home and someone who understands that trust takes time. He isn’t looking for a family who expects him to be the life of the party right away—he needs someone willing to let him go at his own pace and celebrate the little victories along the way. If you’re looking for a gentle soul and are willing to give him the patience, love, and security he deserves, Henery could be the perfect boy for you. Watching a timid dog learn to trust and blossom into a confident companion is incredibly rewarding. ❤️
