Stuffies, Snuggles & One Sweet GuyMeet Hercules—Strong Name, Soft HeartHercules may have the name of a mighty hero, but this guy’s real superpower is being ridiculously sweet. He’s playful and loves fetching stuffies, but don’t expect him to stay busy for too long without checking in for some pets. Hercules LOVES affection and is pretty convinced that personal space is overrated. Given the opportunity, we’re fairly certain he’d happily upgrade himself to full-time lap dog. He’s treat motivated and learning “sit,” walks pretty well on leash with some moderate pulling, and even seems to have his potty-training credentials in order. Basically, he’s a gem with a little polishing left to do. Hercules is friendly, playful, affectionate, and just plain fun to be around. He’s the kind of dog who can brighten your day simply by being Hercules. If you haven’t met this sweet guy yet, do yourself a favor and spend some time with him. Just be warned—you may leave with a new best friend. Hercules recently met some social dogs at our shelter. He was pretty stiff and didn't seem to want dog friends at that time. He wasn’t ready to play, but we hope that as he gets more experience in our shelter playgroups, he’ll be ready to show us his silly side with other dogs. Looking for a buddy for your dog?
