Meet Honey Honey's story didn't start the way she deserved - she was dumped and left behind and has endured an unexpected pregnancy and litter, a skunk encounter and being on the wrong end of a porcupine meet up which she definitely got the worst of. To top it off no one took her to the vet to remove the quills which caused her tremendous pain and injury - but you'd never know it by the joy she brings into every room. This resilient girl has a heart as golden as her name and a spirit that refuses to dim. She met our vet team with kisses and cuddles on every visit|surgery while they painstakingly removed over 40 abscessed broken off quills from her face, paws, neck and chest. Honey is finally recovered and ready for her next chapter - preferably free from rogue wild animals! Honey is full of happy, wiggly energy and loves to play! One of her favorite things in the world is carrying toys around in her mouth like prized treasures. She'll proudly parade them past you, tail wagging, just waiting for you to join in on the fun. When playtime winds down, Honey transforms into a world-class cuddle bug. She absolutely adores snuggling up close and soaking up all the love she can get. She's wonderful with other dogs and does great with kids, making her the perfect addition to a playful, loving family. Honey has already proven she's strong and full of love.
