Meet Honey (Redding)

Honey is a 1-year-old spayed female basset who may also be part Lab. She is housetrained, sleeps through the night, is easy going, loves to play and to chew on bones, and whimpers and whines when left alone. With cats, Honey will chase them if they run but she doesn't bother with them. She is in good health. Honey is being surrendered because she has recently taken a dislike to the senior dog in the home, although she is still playful and friendly with the family's younger dog. Honey is said to be good with children, but her size, strength, and exuberance can knock a toddler over. She could be a good match for a home with a dog of similar young age and activity level as herself, or as an only dog.
