Put in your application soon!*** Please help me get out! I am currently in a place where there are lots of unwanted dogs and not all of us here get the chance I might have to leave! But in order to help me out of here to catch the ride to WI on September 10th and arrive on September 12th, I need *both* a sponsor, and a WI foster home *or* a WI adopter! I have a place for now, but I can't stay here forever and I am worried. The rescue has put a hold on me to save my spot on the trip up north to WI, but now they need YOUR help to get me there - don't wait!!! Her owner was neglectful and abusive as the dogs at the home were not always fed or cared for. Izzy remains sweet and loving, she loves living indoors and sleeping on a bed! She knows how to use a doggy door and does well on a harness. Izzy is a gem, she gets along well with friendly dogs and she does well with children! She is ready for her new forever, leaving the past where it belongs! Izzy is a protector and loves to be close to the people she trusts. She is an amazing dog who has been through a lot in her past. Unfortunately, Izzy was neglected and abused and because of that she needs a family willing to give her time and patience to show her true self. Due to her past Izzy is terrified of kennels and shakes so she has not been kenneled. That being said, she is incredibly smart and an amazing dog who just prefers a sectioned off spot in the hall with a gate. She knows sit, stay, leave it, and sleeps through the night if she’s on the bed with her people. She also has learned how to use a doggy door. Izzy has lots of love to give to someone who is willing to give her the life she truly deserves.
