He is very, very sweet, loyal, kind, and incredibly smart, with the perfect balance of playful energy and a calm, chill demeanor. Most of all, Jacoby loves, loves, LOVES people! He thrives on human companionship and simply wants to be wherever his person is. Jacoby is a clever boy who loves having a job and being involved in whatever is happening around him. One of his favorite things at the shelter is helping the volunteers prepare breakfast and evening meals for the other dogs. He happily stays close by, watching everything that's going on and making sure his human friends have a little extra help! He is the type of dog who wants to participate, be useful, and feel like part of the family. He is also an amazing walking buddy! Jacoby walks beautifully on a leash and loves getting outside for walks, adventures, and exploring the world with his favorite person.
