Meet Jade

Jade arrived at the shelter as a stray, overwhelmed by the noise and stress of shelter life. She also needed medical care for a painful wound, but today this sweet girl is healed, happy and thriving. Jade can be shy when meeting new people, but with a little patience, her loving personality shines. Once she trusts you, she adores her people. She loves sunshine, cozy snuggles, and treat puzzles or enrichment toys. Jade has done well with timid, respectful dogs, but she can be nervous around other animals, so any resident pets would need to meet her first. Jade would do best in a calm home where she can settle in at her own pace. She is looking for someone who will give her the time, kindness and love she deserves. All dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm tested (if over 2 years old), vaccinated, dewormed, flea and tick treated, microchipped and more before adoption. Our adoption policies include: Application, Vet Reference, Landlord approval & Criminal Background Check. We do not do same day adoptions. We request that you call for an appointment after your application has been approved to come and visit the dog of your choice.
