Meet Jillian

Jillian is a devoted and loyal family dog whose life turned upside down and now she needs a new home. She had a consistent structured life where significant changes took place (in-laws moved in with their german shepherd and there has been the addition of a new baby) all of which has made her anxious. She will do best in a home where she is your one-and-only and gets lots of love and attention. She will follow you around and snuggle. She is wonderful with children. She currently lives with a 7 month old female toddler; gives her kisses and lets her run around the house without stressing her out and is also great with children aged 3-7 years. She is smart and already knows SIT, STAY, LAY DOWN, BOTH PAWS and SPIN. Like all intelligent shepherds she may enjoy the bonding experience of training. She was living happily with her canine brother but with the new shepherd there was a fight and a bite incident, although no one is even sure which dog was responsible. She has a fenced in yard right now and loves running around and playing fetch, so that would also be ideal. Jillian wants to be a family member who shares life's joys and adventures with you. If you are an active family or person with lots of love and time to spend with Jillian and can provide a structured and consistent home you will be rewarded with a loyal lifetime companion.
