Meet Jilly! My name is Jilly, and I came to rescue from the Oakland shelter with my sister, Josie. We are the very best of friends, and because I love having a canine companion, I would do best in a home with another young, playful dog that can be my new best friend. I was removed from my previous owner after not always being treated kindly, but I haven’t let that change my sweet spirit. Since coming to rescue, life has been pretty amazing—lots of treats, toys, yummy meals twice a day, and plenty of time outside to run and play! I am mostly house trained, fairly easy on a leash, and have a very soft, gentle temperament. I love meeting new people and don’t have any stranger danger. I’m a happy girl who is ready to leave my past behind and find a family that will love me forever.
