Meet Jumper
Jumper is a handsome 2-year-old Yorkie who came to Yorkie Rescue Houston with his companion, Lilly, after their elderly owners could no longer provide the care they needed. This was a difficult but loving decision made with their future in mind. We carefully separated Jumper and Lilly to evaluate how they handled being apart and confirmed that they are not bonded. They are both comfortable independently and can be adopted into separate homes. Jumper is still finding his confidence in rescue. He can be shy around a busy pack, but with patience, reassurance, and a calmer environment, his sweet personality begins to shine. He would love a patient family willing to give him the time and security he needs to feel safe, settle in, and become the loving companion we know he can be.
