Meet Kit

Kit is a handsome one-year-old Australian Cattle Dog/Kelpie mix with a fun-loving personality and plenty of energy to share. Like many herding breeds, he's happiest when he has room to run, play, and stay active. Kit gets along well with other large dogs and enjoys having canine companions to romp around with. He would thrive in an active home that enjoys hiking, running, or other outdoor adventures. A home with a large yard or some land would be an ideal match, giving him the space he needs to stretch his legs and put his athleticism to good use. Smart and eager for rewards, Kit already knows `sit` and `down`—especially when treats are involved! With continued positive reinforcement and consistent training, he's sure to keep learning and becoming an even better companion. Because of his herding instincts and strong prey drive, Kit is not a good fit for a home with cats.
