Meet Klara
1 year old 10 pound dachshund mix from Puerto Rico Klara is a very sweet and snuggly girl who needs to build some confidence. She is super friendly and excellent with other dogs. She is not great when left alone. Her perfect family would have a person that she can be near almost all of the time. When people aren’t home, she needs a safe place where she can be upset about it and not escape or hurt herself. Her foster has some tricks that she will share. She is a lovely girl who will settle in, but may not ever be happy being left alone. She’s not very loud about it, but an apartment still may not be best for her. She’s good with children and adults. We do think that she will be better once she feels safe in a forever home.
