Meet Kota

The boys are back in town and they are ready to meet their forever families. They are 8 month old labrador retriever mixes with lots of pizzazz. There is plenty of love to go around and the love meter is off the charts. Kota is one of the pack and enthusiastic about the future. He is 37 pounds and will grow in the coming days. It is estimated that he will be a medium-sized dog of somewhere under 60 pounds. He will be a medium size boy with an oversized heart to love everyone he meets. In the life of any dog, interacting with friends is essential for a well balanced life. Kola enjoys interactions with other dogs, children and adults. Playtime and new introductions will be part of a well balanced life. Kola has not had any interactions with cats since coming into rescue. His relationship with cats remains an unknown at this time. He is working hard on his crate, house, leash training. With lots of practice and hard work, Kola will master his skills and make himself and his family proud. His future family will have the unique privilege of spending every day with the joys of interacting with Kola. He will brighten the darkest day. Kola will be the highlight of fun and loving memories to last a lifetime. * Please keep in mind when considering adoption, dogs thrive on structure and routine. They adjust significantly better when their owners are committed to providing consistency and stability. The adoption fee for Kola is $500. That includes the cost of spaying/neutering, up to date vaccinations, foster care, rescue and transportation fees.
