Meet Larry

If you're looking for a little shadow who wants nothing more than to be by your side, Larry is your guy! Larry is a 1-year-old Shih Tzu who came to us from animal control, and we quickly discovered what a total sweetheart he is. He is loving, well-behaved, energetic, and ALWAYS ready to be part of the party! Whether you're going for a walk, playing in the yard, running around, or just relaxing on the couch, Larry wants to be right there with you. And his favorite activity? His person! Larry is always looking for a hug, a snuggle, a kiss, or just some good old-fashioned attention. He loves interacting with people and other dogs and does well in different situations. He's also a great little passenger and does well on car rides! Larry is currently working on his potty training and is making progress. He does not enjoy being left alone and isn't a fan of sleeping in his crate, so his ideal home will be one where someone is able to give him LOTS of attention and companionship. He would love a family that includes him in the fun and doesn't expect him to be a dog who is happy spending long periods of time alone. Larry's favorites: Snuggles, walks, playtime, running around the yard, people, other dogs, car rides, and being with his person! Larry's not-so-favorites: Being alone and sleeping in his crate. Larry is a non-shedding breed, but his adorable coat will require regular grooming to keep him looking and feeling his best. This little guy has so much love to give, and he's looking for someone who will happily give just as much love right back.
