This adorable 3-year-and-7-month-old English Bulldog mix is a petite 25-pound bundle of love who has already been through more than she deserved. Lil Mama was surrendered to a rescue because she was severely underweight and in need of a fresh start. Thankfully, she is now safe, gaining confidence, and ready to begin the most important chapter of her life, finding a family who will love and cherish her forever. With her short tan and white coat, sparkling eyes, and irresistibly cute face, Lil Mama has a way of making friends wherever she goes. She is curious, friendly, and wonderfully affectionate, and she gets along beautifully with both kids and other dogs. Her history with cats may be unknown, but there are plenty of other things she already knows how to do which is giving puppy kisses, enjoy a good play session, and make herself completely at home in your heart! With her medium energy level, Lil Mama is happy to have some fun and activity during the day, followed by some well-earned relaxation when it is time to put her paws up. Lil Mama is still working on her house and crate training, so her forever family will need to give her a little patience, encouragement, and continued practice as she learns these important skills. She could also use some help polishing her leash manners, making neighborhood walks or trips to the local park wonderful opportunities for her to learn while enjoying herself. And after all that activity? Lil Mama has a very important appointment to keep and that entails a soft dog bed or, preferably, a cozy spot right beside you on the sofa! What Lil Mama needs most is not a perfect home, but a loving on. She requires a family of any size that will give her the patience, security, affection, and forever commitment she deserves.
