Meet Link! Link is a 2-year-old Belgian Malinois who is looking for someone special who is willing to give him the time and patience he needs to feel comfortable. The shelter environment can be overwhelming for Link, and he can be scared and frightened when he’s feeling unsure. He would do best in a calm, quiet, and relaxed home where he can decompress, settle in, and learn that he is safe. Soft voices and a little patience will go a long way with Link. And if you happen to have some high-value treats, even better! Treats are a great way to help Link build positive associations and begin to trust his new person. Link isn’t looking for someone to rush him. He’s looking for someone who will meet him where he is, give him time to warm up, and let their relationship grow at his pace.
