Meet Lisa – the Life-Loving Goofball Who Got a Second Chance ❤️ Lisa’s story almost ended far too soon… but thanks to a foster stepping up in the nick of time, she’s now safe, loved, and ready for her real happily ever after. This girl is incredibly dog friendly – she thrives with furry friends and loves the company of a confident canine buddy who can help show her the ropes. She may be a bit too excited and bouncy for very young children, but older kids are definitely her jam! Lisa has already mastered many home skills: ✨ 100% potty trained ✨ Crate trained (she may whine a bit at first but settles quickly) ✨ Walks on a leash — just needs a strong handler because she’s enthusiastic! She LOVES toys and treats and is always ready for fun. But she also carries some fear from her past… anything long — like sticks or long objects — sends her into a nervous retreat, so we suspect she may have been mistreated before coming to us. We want the rest of her life to be full of love, patience, and kindness. This sweet survivor is looking for a family who will embrace her goofy joy, help her keep growing in confidence, and give her the secure home she deserves. Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through they deserve a loving, committed home.
