Meet Lucas

Responding to a call of a stray dog in a cornfield, Lucas is now here with us looking for a new family, after no one came to reunite with him during his stray hold. This adorable 2 year old is filled with goofy and silly energy, he might even be considered by some to be a little corny... Sorry, we couldn't resist! Since he has been with us, this sweet boy has met a slightly smaller spayed female and he walked right out, sat right down, laid at her feet and let her sniff him ALL over! Such the sweet and submissive boy! Come and meet this friendly and adorable guy in person to see if he is meant to spend forever with you! Lucas is super sweet, has great energy and knows sit! Meet and greets with other dogs and children are always recommended. We do not have information on how he does with cats and cannot test this. If you cannot promise forever, please wait until you can make that commitment before adopting.
