Meet Lucy, a one-year-old girl who is the perfect size at a sturdy and manageable 36 lbs. With a unique heritage—her father was an American Eskimo and Great Pyrenees blend, while her mother was a Pit Bull—Lucy is a beautiful mix of intelligence, loyalty, and charm. Lucy came to us from a home where she lived with other dogs, but her previous family realized they could no longer meet her needs and made the decision to ensure she found a home that could give her the life she deserves. Because of her transition, Lucy is a sensitive soul who takes a little bit of time to warm up to new people and unfamiliar surroundings. She isn't the type to jump into a stranger's arms immediately, but for the patient owner, the reward of her trust is well worth the wait. She is looking for a dedicated family committed to her ongoing socialization and willing to help her master her house-training skills.
