Meet Maikoh
Maikoh is a 25lb, 4year old husky-pomeranian mix. She has had a rough start to life. She has been used for breeding and selling puppies. She has spent most of her life outdoors. She is getting used to all of the things that an indoor dog learns -- leashes, cages, handling by humans. She is slowly coming around but is expected to be anxious for quite a while. Since she is so used to the outdoors, we do think she is a flight risk and must have a yard with a high fence. Maikoh's personality hasn't yet show yet-- but we will get there. Watch this space to hear more about how she develops in her foster home.
