Now safe in Maryland and currently located in Odenton, Marcelle is hoping for a second chance at the love and stability he once knew. Marcelle is a handsome mixed-breed boy with soulful eyes and so much love still left to give. Despite everything he’s been through, he’s ready to find a family who will show him that home can be forever again. Marcelle is a 2-year-old male mixed breed weighing 55 pounds and currently located in Odenton, Maryland.
