Meet Max: The 90lb Lap Dog You Didn't Know You Needed! Hi there! I’m Max, a big, goofy, high-energy Lab looking for my forever adventure buddy. I absolutely love people—like, "I haven't met you yet, but I already love you" kind of love! Toys are my other passion, especially if they squeak or make me run fast. I’m still learning that I’m not actually a tiny lap dog, so I might accidentally knock over a lamp with my happy tail (oops!). I’m super food-motivated, which means I’m a quick learner when treats are involved, but I definitely need some work on my basic manners and commands. I'm currently learning about other dogs and how to play nicely, so I’m looking for a patient home that will guide me on this journey. If you have an active lifestyle and a big heart, I’m ready to be your loyal, silly best friend! Thank you for considering adopting a Rescue Ranch dog. While they are with us, each and every rescue dog receives the best of care in a loving and nurturing environment. Their routines include daily playgroups or partnering with dog buddies, quality time walking or being groomed, and two meals a day with dog biscuits for dessert.
