Meet Mila

Mila girl is on the hunt for her forever home! Mila is an adorable 11-month-old, 12-pound girl who is sweet, playful, affectionate and loves her people. She adores her foster family, does well with the kids and dog in her home, and LOVES playing in the grass. Mila is also a sensitive girl who can be nervous around new people and dogs and when left alone. When she feels overwhelmed, she may bark or react, so she needs a patient family willing to help her continue building confidence. She doesn’t need someone who can devote hours a day to training—she needs consistency, patience and a willingness to work her training into everyday life. Slow introductions, predictable routines and positive reinforcement will go a long way. Mila would love: • A patient, predictable home • Kids 8+ • A calm, non-reactive dog or life as your one-and-only • A yard for her beloved grass! • Someone willing to give her time to trust and blossom Mila doesn’t need a perfect dog trainer. She just needs someone willing to help her become the confident little dog we know she can be.
