Meet Mimosa

Another instance of a finder being in the right place at the right time, as Mimosa was spotted running around the parking lot of a very busy retail area, with no family to be found. Unable to locate an owner, her finder brought her to us and although she was wearing a harness, there was no ID tag and she was not chipped. She remained on her stray hold and no family ever came to be reunited with her. This cutie met a similar sized neutered male since she has been here while on her leash and was so excited! She was pulling so much on her leash in haste to meet her new friend that event the coughs she brought onto herself couldn’t hold her back from sniffing him all over, with a wagging tail and bounces around. Such a sweet girl! Please come and meet Mimose in person… she just might be meant to spend forever with YOUR family! We always recommend meet and greets with other dogs and children before adoption to ensure a great fit for all! We have no information how she does with cats and have no way to test for such. We are a first come, first served and in person adoption center with no ability to hold an animal for a potential adopter. Make sure forever is a promise you can keep BEFORE you adopt!
