Meet Molly

Hi, I'm Molly! I am 1.5 years old and they say I am a Jack Russell/Daschaund mix whatever that means. I just know I am a small little chica at about 12lbs! A few fun facts about me- I am crate trained, I don't mind my little house and I like to go potty outside. A few things you should know about me. I am going for an academy award! I pretend to be shy and skittish (not mean just a scaredy pup) but it is all one big act..... in just a little bits we will the bestest of friends- and I do mean the bestest of friends. Speaking of drama- I am not very vocal - I mean I can whine and yap a bit but not like the reputation that my Jack Russel breed has--- I prefer to get my energy out with the zoomies just a couple times a day- I wanna play, and run for about 15 min 2x a day and the rest of the time I am just happy roaming around and exploring. Speaking of exploring I LIVE to explore- I am very curious and want to check out every stick in the yard, any piece of clothing you leave out (I haven't destroyed anything (maybe I am fibbing I ate a moth yesterday) but generally I just like to take your things and let you wonder how your slippers ended up in your home office! It's fun right? I am easily redirected to my toys and am food motivated. Speaking of food-- I may have a small body but I have a really big brain. I have learned that if I sit like the pretty princess I am - I get a treato and YUM me loves those treats, I am confident that I can learn more stuff to earn those treats. In short (like my little legs), I am ready to meet you where you are! You want me to explore on my own while you work- I gots this- You want to cuddle and pet me (high paw, I am in), you want to play (me too, throw that ball!), you have another doggo (I have only met small ones and I want them all to love me sooooo much), I have never met a cat but based on my timid personality my foster thinks I would be fine. Respectful kiddos would be okay (I just don't want to be squished as me a tiny little tot).
