Meet Muneca

Muneca's adoption fee has been paid for with a donation from a community memberMuneca is a beautiful 5-year-old German Shepherd who truly lives up to her name—she’s a total doll! This sweet girl is friendly, affectionate, and wonderfully easygoing. She loves being around people and is happiest when she can follow her humans from place to place. Whether everyone is walking or relaxing, Muneca is content to be right there with the group. Muneca enjoys walks, sniffing and exploring, but she also knows how to relax. She’s happy to stretch her legs at the park and then settle down for a long nap. She’s been wonderful on outings, calmly relaxing at restaurants and coffee shops, riding beautifully in the car, and happily meeting new people. She’s also been gentle and polite with children and has enjoyed plenty of affection from people of all ages. This smart girl is a great companion and has lovely manners. She takes treats gently, walks nicely overall, and is respectful indoors. She’s not particularly interested in toys, preferring to explore, sniff, or simply lounge near her people. Muneca does become reactive around some dogs, especially at close distances, and may bark, growl, or pull toward them. She is redirectable and has also successfully shared space with another dog, so thoughtful introductions and continued training will be important.
