Meet Nash

Nash was enrolled in the Paws in Prison Program for 8 weeks of obedience training. He will be at the North Central Unit in Calico Rock. He will be crate trained, learn manners and he will learn lots of tricks as well! Nash will be looking for a forever home before he graduates the beginning of Sept, so if you are interested in meeting him, please contact us. Read more about him below… Nash is an extremely smart, sweet dog. Unfortunately, he was found abandoned - left chained up without food, water, or a shelter. He was brought to us by the local sheriff. We don't know anything about his story but he loves everybody at the shelter and responds well to our attention and care. Nash just wants to be near people and is very playful. He appears to be a full-blooded Aussie and has a very unique, loving personality. He would make a wonderful pet for an active person or family. This breed of dog needs to stay busy and active, not just be left by himself all day long.
