Meet Ollie

If treats had a fan club, Ollie wouldn't just be the President... he'd be the CEO, Spokesperson, and Employee of the Month. This handsome 1½-year-old, 68-pound neutered Pit Bull mix is powered by snacks! Pull out a treat and you've got his full attention—ears up, tail wagging, biggest smile you've ever seen, and he's ready to show off what a smart boy he is. And his prized possession? His Kong Wobbler, of course! Why? Because every nudge, roll, and wobble might lead to another delicious reward. Ollie is a strong, active guy with energy to spare, so he'll thrive with a family that can keep both his body and his brain busy. He's still working on his leash manners and can get excited on walks, but with regular exercise, enrichment, and a little training (especially if treats are involved!), he's eager to learn and make progress. He can also get a little focused on other dogs during walks, but he came to the shelter with other dogs and may especially enjoy a friendly female canine companion with a thoughtful introduction. The real magic of Ollie, though, is his heart. His soulful eyes have a way of looking right into yours, and once he trusts you, he'll become your loyal shadow and devoted best friend. He's house-trained and crate-trained and is an all-around wonderful roommate. He'll happily sleep beside his person—but don't worry, he's not a bed hog! Ollie is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and ready to head home. We have a feeling it won't take long for Ollie to win your heart.
