Hi, I’m Oscar! I’m a playful, affectionate guy who loves having fun and soaking up attention from my people! I’m always ready for some playtime, and I especially love getting the chance to romp around with other dogs. In fact, my current best buddy Tiny is here at the shelter too! I’m also working on my leash-walking skills and learning how to be the best adventure buddy I can be. I may still have a few things to learn, but I’m excited to practice—especially when it means getting out, exploring, and spending time with you! I’m ready to trade shelter life for a home filled with playtime, affection, adventures, and plenty of happy moments. Come meet me and see if I could be your new best friend!
