Meet Owen! Owen is the kind of pup who keeps life fun with his goofy personality and lovable charm. This 2 year and 6-month-old medium sized (51 pounds) mixed breed has a handsome short tricolor coat and a sweet nature that shines once he feels comfortable and safe. Owen has a medium energy level and enjoys spending time with his dog friends. He is very silly with other dogs and loves to play once he gets to know them. Owen can sometimes be unsure around dogs that come on too strong at first, but once he realizes he is safe, his playful and happy personality quickly comes out. He has done well with other dogs and children, making him a great fit for a patient and loving home. Owen has not yet met a cat, so his relationship with cats is unknown at this time. His house, crate and leash training is in progress. Although many dogs become reliable with house training, accidents can still occur while adjusting to a new home environment. Owen would thrive in a home that offers patience, reassurance, positive training, and plenty of opportunities to continue building confidence and social skills at his own pace.
