Meet Paris

Paris is a quiet, independent girl who is slowly showing us more and more of her personality each day. When you approach her kennel, she greets you calmly and gives a few little happy hops while you put the leash on her. Once the leash is on, she walks like a perfect little lady on it. Paris is a calm, low energy girl who is perfectly content to do her own thing. She’s not interested in treats or toys, and while she allows you to pet her, she doesn't seek out attention. She tends to avoid eye contact and mostly just goes about her business, but she is listening and paying attention to you! When you call her name and say “lets go,” she trots to you from across the play yard. She’s done well around other dogs in shelter playgroups, and would do well with other furry friends around. Just because she doesn’t demand attention or affection, doesn’t mean that she’s not a really great dog. She just needs a patient home who will give her time to build trust, and who values her calm, quiet soul.
