Meet Pedro located in Georgia

Hi! I am Looking for My Right Person! Pedro here! I’m a year old, handsome, smart, affectionate… and a REAL Malinois. I’m high-drive, I have a busy brain, LOTS of opinions, and energy to spare. But here’s the fun part… I have a great off switch! I can absolutely GO when it’s time to work, explore or play, but I also know how to settle and hang out with my people. And my NOSE? Oh, my nose is FANTASTIC! Give me something to sniff out and I’m a happy boy. I would LOVE to have a job that lets me use that nose and that busy Malinois brain. Scent work, tracking, searching… I’m pretty sure I was born for this. I’m also: Potty trainedCrate trainedGreat in the carVery affectionateA serious toy fanPretty darn handsome, obviouslyI’ve done really well on structured walks, and I do best when my humans give me clear expectations, structure and something productive to do. I do need to rebuild some of the things I once knew, including my leash manners. I had it down before, so I’m pretty sure I can get back there with some consistency and practice. I’m looking for an adult-only home or a home with older children, with someone experienced with high-drive working dogs — preferably someone who knows Malinois, Dutchies or similar breeds. I need structure, clear boundaries, appropriate play and plenty of brain work. I’m not looking for someone whose only plan is to run me until I drop. I’m looking for someone who understands the real deal Malinois package — the drive, the brain, the nose, the work ethic… AND the fact that once the work is done, I’m perfectly happy to turn my brain off and hang out. Think you might be my person? I’m ready for my next adventure! All MAD dogs come with a Fi Collar and 6 month subscription.
