Meet Petunia (Available 10/19/2026)

Meet Petunia! This adorable little girl may have started out as a stray, but she’s now officially a Safe Haven dog and ready to find a family of her very own! Petunia is a very young pup with a big personality packed into her little body. She is sweet, spunky, playful, and full of puppy curiosity. She loves discovering new things, having fun, and making sure everyone knows she has arrived! Her silly personality is sure to keep you smiling. While we don’t know much about Petunia’s life before arriving at Safe Haven, we do know one thing for sure, she deserves a future filled with love, patience, and plenty of adventures. She’s ready to leave her stray days behind and start the next chapter with a family who will show her just how wonderful life can be. Because Petunia is so young, she will need a committed adopter who is ready to put in the time, patience, and consistency that comes with raising a puppy. Puppy training and continued socialization will be important in helping her grow into the happy, confident, well-mannered adult dog we know she can become. With the right guidance and a family willing to grow and learn alongside her, Petunia has an amazing future ahead of her! If you’re looking for a young pup who is equal parts sweetheart and little spitfire, and you’re ready for the fun, work, and rewards that come with puppyhood, Petunia might be the perfect addition to your family!
