Meet Phoenix

URGENT! RISK OF EUTHANASIA. Phoenix is a 3 year old, affectionate and energetic female shepherd mix who aims to please. She needs a new home as soon as possible since she is in a multi pet home, with an unaccepting resident older female dog, and a cat. She would do well as an only dog and she is not cat friendly. Phoenix is very friendly with dogs in doggy daycare and has particularly befriended a male Husky. She seems to enjoy the energy of a group environment. Phoenix has an exuberant enthusiasm for life and loves to move, play and be part of the action. Because of her energetic style, she will do best in a home with active adults with a good sized fenced in yard. She is very athletic and loves to do large zoomie circles and jump high. Phoenix will thrive with a person or family who have lots of love to give, appreciate the energy and intelligence of a young shepherd and who have time to provide her with attention, structure, training and activity. She is very smart and will enjoy the bonding experience in training classes. She loves tug of war and fetch, but also plays with squeaky toys. Phoenix is a very sweet girl.
