Meet Pickles - Ready after 10/16

Hi, I'm Pickles! I'm a handsome 1-year-old boy weighing in at about 15 pounds of pure love and puppy energy. One of my favorite things about myself is my adorable long tail. Sometimes it's just so cute that I have to chase it! I am a giant cuddle bug and my absolute favorite place in the world is curled up next to my person on the couch. If you're sitting down, there's a very good chance I'll be right beside you, or even better, in your lap. I much prefer being close to my humans and love being held whenever possible. Since I'm still a puppy, I've got plenty of energy to burn. I get so excited that I sometimes bounce straight up into the air like a little pogo stick! Coming home to me is always a celebration because I get extra excited when my people return and when it's time for meals. I'm still learning my manners and can be a little nippy when I get excited, so I'll need a family that will continue working on my training. The good news is that I've already mastered some important things. I'm doggy-door trained, crate trained, and I walk nicely on a leash. I also ride well in the car and love going on adventures and walks. When I'm not playing or cuddling, you can usually find me happily chewing on one of my favorite bones. Because I love my people so much, I can get nervous when they leave. I'd do best with someone who is home often and willing to help me build confidence while continuing my puppy training. In return, I promise to fill your days with laughter, affection, and plenty of tail-chasing entertainment. We are always looking for good foster homes. These homes allow us to rescue more Boston Terriers in need because we have a place for them to go until they are adopted.
