Little in Size, Big in Heart- Pongo Longs for Forever! Pongo comes to us as a stray when he was discovered in a local driveway, with his finder thinking it was a neighbor’s dog who kept getting out… Turns out, this little guy was no one’s and was coming around to play with the same neighbor’s dog. Pongo was not chipped and had no ID tag, and after appearing on our website as all strays do, he also had no family come to reunite with him. Well, that is all about to change for this little one… he is here and is available for adoption and is hoping that the perfect family will come find him, whisking him away to be spoiled and safe in a loving home for his forever! If you are searching for an adorable LITTLE addition to your family, you have to come and meet Pongo in person here at the shelter!! Meet and greets with other dogs and children are always recommended. We do not have information on how he does with cats and cannot test this. If you cannot promise forever, please wait until you can make that commitment before adopting.
