Meet Porter Wagoner! Porter is a 5-month-old Pitty mix who is basically a little bundle of love, fun, and puppy chaos! This smart boy is making great progress with all the important puppy stuff, including potty training, leash manners, basic commands, and learning how to be the very best boy he can be. He’s a quick learner and is already showing just how smart he is! CAT-FRIENDLY DOG ALERT! Porter is good with dogs, cats AND kids! He truly loves everyone and would be thrilled to have another dog or some kids in the family to keep him company and play with. And what does Porter love? Pretty much EVERYTHING! Treats? YES.Walks? YES.Toys? YES.Playtime? ABSOLUTELY.Cuddles? ALWAYS.Naps? Sign him up! Like any 5-month-old puppy, Porter will need a family who has the time and patience to keep building on the great progress he’s already making. He’ll need continued potty training, basic obedience, socialization, exercise, playtime, and plenty of positive reinforcement. Puppies learn through consistency, routine, and lots of repetition, and Porter is a smart little guy who is eager to learn! Porter does like to express himself and can be a bit of a talker, so apartment living probably isn't the best fit for this vocal little guy. A home with a family who has the time to spend with him, another playful dog, and/or kids would be ideal.
