Meet Ranger
Ranger – Gentle, Easygoing, and Well-Mannered Ranger is a 4-year-old German Shepherd Dog mix weighing 65 pounds. He’s a gentle, easygoing guy with a calm demeanor and a wonderful willingness to engage with his person. Calm and manageable on leash: Ranger walks nicely overall with only mild, very manageable pulling. Smart and responsive: Ranger knows “sit,” “down,” and “paw,” comes when called, and can even catch treats mid-air. He takes treats very gently. Treat motivated: Ranger appreciates some booty scritches, but if given the choice, he’d much rather have treats. Curious but composed: Ranger notices other dogs and may be interested in saying hello, but he can calmly pass them without becoming reactive. Ranger would do best with appropriately matched dogs or as a solo dog with well-matched canine friends.
