Meet Rebel! We found him running blindly down the road and do not know too much of his background, but he is showing himself to be friendly, playful, and a lot of fun. Rebel has seen eye specialists, and from what we have been told, his eyes will need medications throughout his life. While this means he should limit outdoor time on sunny or windy days, it does not stop him from enjoying a full life. He is great on leash! Rebel is waiting for his schnauzer-loving forever home!
