Meet Rice Krispies

-This handsome guy is a working breed with energy, brains, and so much potential! -He started off calmly exploring the yard before breaking out into a serious case of the zoomies that lasted a good while. He needs more than just a walk around the block. He’ll thrive with someone who can give him a job, keep his mind busy, and provide plenty of mental stimulation and outlets for his working-dog instincts.-He walks pretty nicely on leash with minimal pulling. He’s still figuring out some of the basics, including “sit,” and hasn’t shown much interest in treats or toys just yet. Shelter life can be stressful, and he may need the right environment and opportunities to discover what motivates him!-And underneath all that energy is a sweet side. He eventually climbed into my lap for pets and gave me some kisses. It was a short moment, but it was a glimpse of the connection he has to offer.-This boy needs a chance outside the shelter to show what he’s made of! An active home that understands working breeds, enjoys training, and can give him a purpose could make all the difference.
