After a tough experience (Rio experienced intentional blunt trauma force to the head and was temporarily paralyzed while on the streets of Mexico), Rio has a few extra quirks BUT that just means there’s more love to go around. Rio is thriving and is here to prove that he is as resilient as he is adorable. Rio is just about 2 years old and approx 40lbs. He is a lover of people and other dogs!
