Meet Ronan — A Calm, Easygoing Husky Mix Looking for a Quiet Home Ronan is a handsome 6-year-old Husky mix weighing around 60 pounds, and he's one of those special dogs who seems to take life in stride. Calm, friendly, and curious, Ronan has been a genuinely pleasant and easygoing fellow throughout his shelter visits. He's easy to handle, accommodating, and carries himself with a quiet confidence. He came into a shelter as a stray. Ronan is a laid-back, quiet guy who isn't looking for a chaotic lifestyle. His idea of a good life is a peaceful home, some companionship, a comfortable place to relax, and plenty of love. And when it comes to affection, Ronan is a big fan of cuddling with his people. He's also a pretty good student! Ronan knows some basic commands, walks well on a leash, and enjoys getting out to explore at a comfortable pace. When it comes to other dogs, Ronan appears to be dog-selective and is currently working on becoming more comfortable around them. Because of this, we are looking for a home where Ronan can be the only dog. He would need to be carefully and slowly introduced to other dogs during any future interactions, rather than being placed in a home with another dog. Ronan would also do best in an adult home without small children or cats. A calm household where he can enjoy his people, his walks, his cuddles, and his peace and quiet would be ideal. Ronan isn't looking for a busy lifestyle or a house full of activity. He's simply looking for someone who will appreciate his gentle, easygoing nature and give him the safe and peaceful home he deserves.
