Meet Roxy

Hi, my name is Roxy! I’m a 11 month-old mix breed puppy with the sweetest personality to match my beautiful, soulful eyes (at least that’s what my foster mom tells me — what do you think?). I love playing with my toys and romping around with my siblings, but I also appreciate a good nap — after all, a girl needs her beauty sleep! My absolute favorite place to snooze is curled up to my foster mom or sometimes I even make it into my foster mom’s lap and that is a comfy place to be. Sometimes I even tuck my face into the nook of her neck, that is my way of hugging her. I guess you could say I’m a professional cuddle bug. I’m crate trained and sleep there all night without a peep. I’m also working hard on my potty training and I would say I am doing great. I am not too fond of the cold weather so come next winter I may need to add a coat into my wardrobe, but I love the warm weather so much!! Did someone mention treats, I love those things and they sure do help with the potty training, plus the fact that I am a pretty smart girl! My foster mom loves me to pieces, but she knows it’s time for me to find a forever family of my very own (growing up in my foster home was not the plan) — one that will love me just as much as she does.
