Meet Sally Hi, I'm Sally! I'm a ~6-year-old golden lab mix (about 55 lbs), and after five wonderful years with my family, I'm looking for my forever home. I'm intelligent, playful, and deeply affectionate — a world-class snuggler who wants to be near my people, wrapped in a blanket on the couch. But I'm just as happy on a long hike, chasing a tennis ball, or splashing through a stream. I'm house- and crate-trained, calm on walks, off-leash recall trained, and I settle happily on my own without chewing or destroying anything when left home alone. I've been a happy daycare and boarding camper, but I can be reactive toward unfamiliar dogs in my own space — I'd love to be your one and only, with all the attention to myself. Room to move. I love a backyard plus daily walks, though I've done well in an apartment with enough exercise. Being fully honest, because the right match matters: I'm being rehomed for one reason. My family welcomed a baby, and as he's become mobile I've grown anxious around him — recently, I snapped at him. My family isn't willing to risk it, and honestly, neither am I.
