Pet info, adoption cost/detail information below: PET DESCRIPTION: Scooter is a 5 1/2-months-old (as of late July) male Bloodhound/German Shepherd mix pup, should be in the 60 lb range when fully grown. He is a hoot - typical bloodhound in being head strong since he wants to follow his nose. A well fenced yard is an absolute or he will be GONE. But, Scooter is also pretty laid back in attitude. Loves everyone, 'go with the flow' kind of temperament.' Scooter has the German Shepherd brains. He also really likes Air Conditioning so he doesn't want to live outside most of the time. DOG ADOPTION FEE is $100. This Adoption fee includes: mandatory spay/neuter which will be done before you can take your dog or puppy home with you; basic canine immunizations (DHPP-CPV & Bordatella Intranasal); de-wormings; one-year rabies vaccination if old enough; heartworm test if over five months old; microchip from 24-Pet Watch (and we register the chip at time of the adoption); certificate for free health examination at your participating veterinarian; and a goodie bag chocked full of information, toys, and more. (If a dog is sponsored or has a waived or lower fee, that info will be provided at the point of adoption to the approved adopter).
