Scott is a Bluetick Coonhound who just wants to be near people. He gets along great with other dogs, completely ignores cats, and greets every single person he meets like they're the best part of his day- no fear, no hesitation, just pure joy. Scott spent his life on a chain before finally being picked up as a stray, so he's still learning what it's like to have a real home, regular meals, and someone in his corner. He's currently heartworm positive and the rescue will cover his treatment. Scott hasn't had the easiest start, but nothing about him suggests he's given up on people.
