Meet Scotty! Scotty is a 4-year-old Cairn Terrier/Chihuahua mix with plenty of energy and personality packed into a small package. This active boy loves getting out for walks, exploring the yard, and making the most of his time outside. When you first meet Scotty, he may seem more interested in his surroundings than in making new friends. Give him a little time, though, and you'll see his true personality shine. Once he gets to know you, Scotty enjoys running around, checking in for affection, and happily accepting a treat or two from his favorite people. Scotty is currently being housed on his own, as he wasn't comfortable in the boys' room. He appreciates having his own space and would do best with adopters who understand that building trust takes a little patience. Underneath it all, Scotty is a good boy looking for someone willing to give him the time he needs to settle in and be himself.
