Meet Sibbies : Kenny

Meet Kenny! Kenny is an 8-month-old, sweet and sensitive pup who is learning that people can be pretty great. We believe he may be a Shepherd mix, and he’s smart, athletic, and wonderful with other dogs. Kenny is still timid with human approach and touch, but his personality is beginning to peek through. He’ll come over for affection on his own terms—especially when he sees the other dogs getting scratches—and every little moment of trust feels like a win. He walks on a leash, loves being near his people, and is fantastic about sticking close to home. Kenny is looking for a patient, dog-savvy adopter who understands that trust doesn’t happen overnight and is willing to let him blossom at his own pace. A confident canine companion would be a wonderful fit for him, and he’ll need a securely fenced yard while he builds confidence and trust. Because he may chase cats, we’re recommending a kitty-free or dog-savvy kitty home. There’s a really special dog underneath Kenny’s shy exterior.
