Meet Stanley
Every Golden Girls story needs a Stanley, and this little guy is here to steal the show! Stanley is the smallest of the litter at 5 lbs, but don't let his size fool you; he has just as much sweetness to share as his sisters. He was born around August 1, 2026. His mom is a 15 lb Shih Tzu, and as a mixed-breed pup, Stanley could still grow toward a medium size, so his final size is a bit of a surprise in the making. Stanley is great with cats, other dogs, and respectful kids. He's a sweet boy hoping for a family who will give him a soft place to land, positive-reinforcement training, and a lifetime of affection. Small package, big love! The adoption fee of $550 will include spay/neuter, microchip, age-appropriate/required vaccinations, treatment for heartworm, and any other necessary medical treatment to ensure a healthy new pup for your family. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Although we do our best to describe the breed, since our pups all come from shelters, we can not and will not make any guarantee on breed or size. We can tell you that they are 100% RESCUED! And that is the BEST breed! *Please note that we are a foster home-based rescue and we do home visits as part of the adoption process - we are unable to adopt to families who live outside of the Chicago and surrounding suburbs. Thank you for your understanding.
