Meet Starbucks: Pink Drink

This dog will be at the Palo Alto Pet Food Express on Saturday, October 3rd from 12PM – 3PM (unless adopted prior to the event). 3910 Middlefield Road All DPS Rescue dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, flea/tick treated, and microchipped prior to adoption. Adoption fee: $650 Pink Drink and her sister Caramel Macchiato are fostered separately from their siblings and while the others have more of a hound look, these two have Shepherd colorings, though they are much smaller than your average Shepherd puppy. We like to call puppies like this Heinz 57s - they've got a splash of a whole bunch of breeds thrown in there! Whatever their mystery formula is, it's 100% cuteness. Pink Drink is the mellow sweetheart of the Starbucks crew. This 10 week old girl loves finding a cozy spot, settling into a seated lap, and drifting off for a nap. She’s sweet, snuggly, and content to let the world bustle around her while she gets comfortable. Unlike her sister Caramel, Pink Drink prefers to keep her paws on the ground when she’s on the move. When it’s time to relax, though, a welcoming lap is her favorite place to land. Growing Up Starbucks All of the Starbucks puppies are playful, loving, and wonderful with children. They enjoy attention, activity, and being part of whatever their people are doing. Like most puppies their age, they are teething and love to chew. Rope toys and durable puppy-safe chews help soothe their gums and keep them appropriately entertained. They have not shown much interest in digging and are generally not especially vocal. Their adopters should be prepared to continue working on potty training, crate or pen training, leash skills, appropriate chewing, socialization, and all the other lessons that come with raising a young puppy. With consistency, patience, and positive reinforcement, these eager-to-please puppies should make wonderful students.
